The company\u2019s Board has the authority to refrain from following the policy or to change the policy on occasion under the condition that such decisions are made for the maximum benefit of shareholders, such as for use as capital reserves for loan repayments, for use as investment capital for production expansion, or in situations where market changes which may affect the company\u2019s
